To celebrate a hundred years of caviar in Aquitaine, this workshop offers an opportunity to discover how to pair wine and caviar. Arrived in the 1920s in Aquitaine following Russian immigration, the production of caviar is an integral part of the region, making France the 3rd producer of caviar in the world. Centuries of history, unique expertise, infinite meticulousness and brimming passion link these two civilisational products!
During this evening, three pairings will be proposed to you by combining three kinds of caviar, with different refinements, associated with three Grands Crus wines from Bordeaux. You will learn the art of caviar tasting around original pairings based on freshness, intensity or even surprise!
