La Cité du Vin proposes an exclusive rate for Annual Passes. This Annual Pass grants admission to the Permanent exhibition, Belvedere (5 tastings per year, one per day maximum) and at the temporary exhibitions for a duration of 12 months from the date the document is edited, as often as you wish.

Free admission to the Permanent tour is offered at the Cité du Vin reception desk and upon presentation of the corresponding receipts:

  • Holders of a valid ICOM card
  • Journalists on presentation of their press card

  • People receiving RSA (guaranteed income support), on presentation of their CAF payment certificate
  • Persons accompanying disabled persons, if the card of the latter specifies "Need of accompaniment" or disability of more than 50%.

All holders of a valid TBM, Carte Jeune Bordeaux Métropole, Pass Bordeaux Musées, Pass senior Bordeaux season ticket or Mollat Card are entitled to a 20% discount on their entrance ticket to the Cité du Vin (including the visit of the Permanent exhibition, the Belvedere and the Temporary exhibitions), on presentation of their TBM, Carte Jeune Bordeaux Métropole, Pass Bordeaux Musées, Pass senior Bordeaux season ticket or Mollat Card at the reception of the Cité du Vin.

* Cards purchased via the online store will need to be exchanged for a physical card at Cité du Vin reception desk within 12 months of the date of purchase. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used in one or several times at the Cité du Vin ticket office or Boutique. This card is not valid at the panoramic restaurant Le 7, or at Latitude20 wine cellar, brasserie-bar and snack-café. The amount remaining on the card and the expiry date may be provided at the Cité du Vin ticket desk. The Gift Card is a means of payment, and as such may be topped up with another means of payment. The Gift Card may not be exchanged or resold, even partially. It may not be used to credit a bank card, bank account, or another gift card, nor may it be used to obtain a discount. No change will be given. If lost, the card will not be replaced or reimbursed. For Gift Cards purchased on the Cité du Vin website, Customers will be required to come to the Cité du Vin reception desk to exchange the printed ticket for a physical card. The Gift Card may not be used for online payments on the Cité du Vin website.
