When to visit ?

Opening hours 2018

From 31/03 to 02/09/18 Open daily from 10:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
From 03/09 to 31/12/18 Week days excluding school holidays 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
From 03/09 to 31/12/18 Week-ends, bank holidays and school holidays 10:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.

By tram

The nearest tram stop is a two-minute walk from La Cité du Vin:

  • 10 designated disabled parking spots available at the entrance of La Cité du Vin
  • Pay parking INTERPARKING opposite La Cité du Vin, Quai du Maroc entrance. Open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. "5 euros/5 hours package". Booking possible

Disabled visitors

La Cité du Vin offers dedicated access for disabled visitors.

A left luggage service for small bags measuring less than H90xL40xW52 is available (larger sizes are not accepted).


Animals are not permitted inside La Cité du Vin. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed.

In the framework of the Vigipirate heightened security plan, bags will be checked at the entrance of the building.
Kick scooters are prohibited inside the building.
