The best panoramic view in Bordeaux

Welcome to Le 7 panoramic restaurant, on the seventh floor of La Cité du Vin. Access to the restaurant is free and open to all for breakfast, coffee, cocktails, lunch, snacks and dinner.

You'll enjoy a unique view over Bordeaux and the Port de la Lune, as well as bistronomic cuisine that's renowned in our city.

Chef Romain Talbourdeau offers a menu that changes with the seasons, using the best regional produce. Our head pastry chef, Marilou Tamarelle, offers an exceptional dessert menu, with a controlled sugar content and gluten-free options on request.

The wine list features a Bordeaux and universal selection of 300 wines, mostly organic and HVE, representing 50 countries, as well as a selection of around 15 wines by the glass.

As part of its commitment to sustainable development and responsible tourism, Le 7 Restaurant Panoramique has decided to take a more eco-responsible approach by focusing its menu on dishes with a low carbon footprint.

To achieve this, the restaurant has, among other things, increased the proportion of plant-based ingredients in its dishes; plant-based food emits much less CO2 than animal-based food. It's a cuisine that's more responsible for our planet, but one that's still delicious and generous.

Every Monday, Le Chef offers a vegetarian dish of the day.
