In keeping with the sustainable tourism approach advocated by the Cité du Vin, Le 7 has decided to adopt a more eco-responsible approach, focusing its menu on dishes with a low carbon footprint.
To achieve this, the restaurant has, among other things, increased the proportion of plant-based ingredients in its dishes; plant-based food emits far less CO2 than animal-based food. It's a cuisine that's more responsible for our planet, but one that's still gourmet and generous.
Every Monday, chef Margot Dutour offers you the vegetarian dish of the day
Le 7 received for the release of the 2018 Michelin Guide "L'Assiette Gourmande". It rewards all quality tables that meet the following definition: "Quality of products and an individual touch of the chef ».
Le 7 has been created by the group Maison Faber Lascombes, also owner of the Brasserie Bordelaise, Puy Paulin and Familia in Bordeaux, Hotel de la Plage in Cap-Ferret, Chapelle de Guiraud in Sauternes, La Terrasse Rouge in Saint -Emilion, and Le Petit Vestiaire – Bistrot Girondin in Mérignac.
